You can reach us through this site in two ways: by booking a call on our scheduling page, or by using the chat widget available on every page. Both are handled through GoHighLevel, our scheduling and messaging platform. Depending on how you contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one through the chat widget or booking form
- Anything you add in the call details, notes, or chat message fields
We don't ask for anything we don't need, and browsing the site doesn't require you to share any personal information. GoHighLevel has its own privacy policy governing how it handles the information you give it.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you submit your phone number through our chat widget or booking form, you may receive text messages from us, including replies to your inquiry and, if you opt in, occasional promotional messages about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How we use it
- To confirm and prepare for your scheduled call, that's the main reason.
- To provide and manage services if you become a client.
- To keep basic records of who we've talked to so we don't lose track of your request.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information to third parties. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Your information is used to talk to you and serve you, that's it.
Sharing with service providers
Like most businesses, we use trusted tools to operate (for example, email, hosting, and scheduling software). Those providers may process your information only as needed to deliver their service to us, and they aren't allowed to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information as long as it's useful for responding to you or serving you as a client. If you'd like your information deleted, just email us and we'll take care of it.
